Gill Newton is the new (2026) Chief Executive Officer of Swissmed Health, the clinical-longevity platform redefining how preventive and curative medicine is delivered.

Under his stewardship Swissmed Health is scaling a distinctive model built on two integrated pillars: HealthSpan, its clinical programmes for complex and chronic conditions — including autoimmune disease, cancer, cardiovascular health, cognitive decline and diabetes; and LifeSpan, its preventive offering across wellness, performance and longevity. Rather than treating symptoms, the platform is designed to diagnose and address the root causes of disease, drawing on advanced diagnostics and decades of Swiss preventive-health expertise to deliver personalised, evidence-led protocols.

As CEO, Gill holds end-to-end responsibility for the company's governance, strategy and commercial growth. He leads the build-out of Swissmed Health's European clinical footprint from its base in Limassol, Cyprus, intoto International markets, steering the platform's next phase of growth toward becoming a leading medical destination for individuals seeking to live longer, healthier lives.

A Member of the Board of Directors, he works in close partnership with the company's institutional governance board and its lead investors.

His mandate centres on operational excellence, disciplined international expansion and institutional-grade governance: positioning Swissmed Health to scale globally while preserving the personalised, premium standard of care at the heart of its proposition.

Gill brings three decades of international business experience (spanning across America, Europe and Asia) to the role. He read business and finance at the University of Colorado and is the proud father of a daughter.

Gottfried Springer CySECAC is a seasoned financial expert with decades of experience in equity trading and investment banking. As a Partner at Brookstreet and co-founder of QINO Group, he has managed top-performing funds such as the BAI-OST mutual fund and Springer European Plus. Gottfried has held senior positions at major banks like GiroCredit (Erste Bank Group) and Unicredit, focusing on emerging market funds and corporate investments. He holds the CySEC Advanced Certificate and continues to drive strategic investments across Europe.
