Elena Gopchuk is a certified Lifestyle Medicine Advisor, accredited by the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization, with over six years of experience in lifestyle medicine and wellbeing-focused consulting. Her work in Cyprus is dedicated to lifestyle optimisation, preventive health, and supporting long-term wellbeing through evidence-informed strategies.
She holds a European Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine (Health and Fitness Lifestyle Advisor) awarded by the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization in 2020. Elena is also an official representative of Cyprus in the European Lifestyle Medicine Association and an active member of the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization.
Elena holds a medical degree and PHD in obstetrician and gynaecology, obtained in Ukraine and has a background in hormonal health. This academic foundation supports her personalized evidence-based and analytical approach to longevity, lifestyle and wellbeing guidance, supervised by team of Cypriot doctors in Clinic.
